 1.Scope of Application
Mixed-flow evaporative condenser keeps the temperature of fluid close to the air wet bulb, which is more suitable for cooling a high temperature (more than 80 ℃) or larger cooling temperature (60-35 ℃) projects.
2.Operating Principle
On the top of cooling tower is heat exchanger, and below is the packing section, with air-inlet on the two sides of tower. Passing by heat-exchanger and fillings, the spray water circulates in cooler by pumps.Air enters from the inlet grille below and skirts upward surface of coils. Spray water drops down with air from left to right,which is typically cross-flow.
3.Features
Heat-transfer Performance
Air inlet from the upper and lower of the cooler, flows by pipes and filling while generating a greater air flow area with small flow resistance and excellent heat exchanger performance.
Scaling Preventing
Air skims over the surface of coils horizontally and spray water downward. Water will not separated from coils caused by air flow so as to prevent forming scaling.
Easy Maintenance
Large space facilitates maintenance.
4.Optional Components
Materials
All of the steel plate and structural items, including the structural framework, venetian support, the lower sink, fan platform and supporting can be optional type 304 stainless steel. The outer plates of cooling tower with two-sides inlet is made of FRP,which is designed specially for longer service life.
Electric Heater
Circulating water and spray water can freeze during cold winter months,which can bring out the disruption of pipes.We recommend electric heater and automatic control equipment to prevent fracture accident.
Closed Throttle (PCD) Shields
Positive closing throttle and throttle drive coil air intake guard can enhance the protective performance of heat loss.
Electronic Water Level Control Package
When the water level control is required more in accurate or durable, it is widely used instead of water supply valve, including inductive devices and slowly closed solenoid valve.
Iubricants Tube Extension
The end of Lubricants tube is standard grease used to drive bearing lubrication, located near the maintenance room door.
Tank Cleaning Piping
Installed in water sink, it is used to remove the debris and bypassed connecting to the sand filtration equipment.
Control Device of Bacteria, Mucus and Algae
Precise dose and low concentrations of natural iodine is sprinklered into circulating water automatically to control bacteria, mucus and algae growth.
High Temperature Thermal Sink
It is used in specific requirements when the fluid temperature of the cooler is high.
Stand-alone Fan System
Each fan running individually can come ture with dedicated motor and drive unit designed for cooler.
Shock Skip Switch
Two kinds of skip switch, with mechanical or electronic vibration fuctions, can effectively prevent the equipment from breakdown due to excessive vibration of drive system.
External Repair Facilities
Aluminum ladder, installation platforms, external door and motor platform are designed to facilitate the maintenance. |
