New Idea of China Refrigeration 2009

In 2009, China is standing at the crossroad. Together with the whole world, it is experiencing many crucial changes. The economic crisis has generated several impact to our substantial economy, and definitely it will last for another certain period of time. By facing this crisis, how do manufactures and enterprises realize and react is the core issue of HVAC&R industry. On April 5-7, the 20th International Exhibition for Refrigeration, Air-conditioning, Heating and Ventilation, Frozen Food Processing, Packaging and Storage (China Refrigeration 2009) will be held at China Import & Export Fair Complex, Guangzhou, China. As one of the most significant exposition of HVAC&R industry, the successful holding of this event will be very meaningful under today’s particular circumstances. By having a series of negotiation with industry enterprises and famous experts, discussing and analyzing the current situation as well as future trends, the theme of China Refrigeration 2009 has been decided as “Firm confidence by being with you all”, which shows the strong determination of the organizer to take social responsibility to face the difficulty with the whole industry.

1. Facilitating co-operation, integrating resources, keep enhancing the exhibition influence.

Based on the foundation of 3 institutions co-organizing, China Refrigeration 2009 has started to pursue more co-operation opportunities across different inter-related industries such as electric power, real estate, medical service, hospitality, chain store and food industry, etc. During the past year, we participated in a series of events of the industry to promote our exhibitor’s products technology, which enabled the end-users group to realize our exhibition. This will have long-term and remarkable influence in attracting and organizing professional visitors and buyers.

2. Understanding the marketing strategy and real needs of enterprises towards economic crisis, establishing favorable policies to support them participating in our exhibition.

Each enterprise will have different strategies to launch towards this economic crisis, some might cut their general expenditure cost, some might just stay tight and observe the environment, and some might take their chances to extend their market share. After a deliberate study of our exhibitors, we will establish proper exhibiting solutions to assist their marketing strategy. For those who have always support the development of our exhibition, we will have certain favorable policy on participating cost to let them feel that we are standing together in front of the crisis.

3. Combining with the expansion of domestic demand policy, collaborating with functional departments of the government, releasing supporting policies to help re-build the confidence of the industry.

The government has stated that expanding domestic demand will become the basic economic development policy. “China Refrigeration Expo.” has made great effort to transform this policy into more real business opportunities for our exhibitors. We are currently contacting with Guangzhou local government to discuss if some favorable and supporting policies could be released during the exhibition to benefit our exhibitors.

4. Improving visitor service, setting up visitor service “400” hot line, accurately locating product buyers’ information.

This year, the visitor service hot line has been successfully set up which primarily have two important functions-making positive invitations to our previous exhibition attendees and product buyers, verifying information and understanding their visiting intentions; providing answers to potential visitors’ questions about participating in the exhibition, product and exhibitor information, through which the lost of buyers could be effectively avoided.

5. Expanding into new international market, attracting more professional visitors all over the world to achieve international market diversification.

America, EU, Japan and other developed countries have been seriously affected by this world-wide financial crisis. However, those developing countries, especially in Latin-America and Africa, have not experienced a several impact. Based on this fact, the organizer has enhanced the publicity and contact with professional institutions of these countries to increase the number of their visitors, where Brazil, India, South-East Asia, South Africa and Middle East countries will be the key consideration target.

6. Launching a series of seminars and conferences during exhibition, developing multi-communications in different aspects of market and product technology.

The 2009 session of “China Refrigeration Expo.” will invite well-known, professional experts, specialists and government officials to get involved in discussing the current economic situation, analyzing the opportunities and threats of China HVAC&R industry and to sit a series of lectures and seminars regarding the aspects of facing crisis, earth protection, energy strategy and green building, etc.

7. Encouraging our exhibitors to exhibit under the concept of humanities exhibition, technology exhibition and eco-friendly exhibition.

Since last year we have pointed out the concept of building up exhibition culture, which has obtained exhibitors’ positive response and feedback. This year, the organizer will work harder on this particular field to introduce the concept of product innovation and technology oriented exhibition, humanities exhibition, technology exhibition and eco-friendly exhibition. This will greatly save the exhibiting cost, help to build up the enterprise reputation, which also perfectly fit the government “Energy Saving and Emission Control” policy.
