2006 Research Symposium on cooling towers was organized by Chinese Society of Water and Wastewater Engineering in the Zhiyuan Park Hotel near the residence of   Yang General in ancient city Xi/'an. Zhang Lixin, an associate professor with graduate student Li Zijun and application engineer Hua lin, take part in the meeting and made a report to the General Assembly-/"heat exchanger modules analysis of cross-flow closed circuit cooler /". As the development of the closed circuit cooler is the one of the most popular spots in current research, the report has been widely concerned. The meeting was full of academic atmosphere and our staff of R&D center at the meeting called on many seniors who are enjoying high prestige and universal respect in cooling towers research. The staffs also communicated with a lot of cooling tower manufacturers to learn form each other.
