Materials
Hot dip galvanized steel or 304 stainless steel can be used in all the iron parts of cooling tower, different design with anticorrosive wood, steel, glass steel or reinforced concrete can be used for tower body. Fastening pieces such as bolts, nails, we can use hot-dip galvanized, 304 or 316 stainless steel for option.
Sand filter
Dirt will lead to shortening the working life of equipment, increaseing downtime, high costs of cleaning and other maintenance or operating costs, all of which will result in high investment costs. Sand filter can effectively remove impurities dirt and mud dirt of cooling tower.
Shock skip switch
Two kinds of skip switch, with mechanical or electronic vibration fuctions, can effectively prevent the equipment from breakdown due to excessive vibration of drive system.
Oil level skip switch
Oil level switch, a alarm cut-off switch with low oil level, will cut off the switch of electrical motor automaticly while the oil level of sensor reducer is over the critical point.
Trinity monitor switch
With internal sensing, switching and transmission circuits for respective use of measurement gearbox oil temperature, oil level, and the fan mechanical vibration signal, it is applied in composite probe of fan safe operation of cooling tower. This probe outputs 4 ~ 20mA standard current signal matched with security parameters.
External repair facilities
Maintenance way and handrails are equipped between wind-sock and fan, which is convenient for the check of transmission components.
